We will have 60min call each week for six weeks. We focus on a specific topic on each call, and you'll find the outline below. Of course, this becomes customised to suit you personally; we can skim over or go deeper into the areas that would be most beneficial for you.
You'll have things to work through and focus on between each call, and I'm available via email for quick questions before we chat.
Here's what we'll cover:
Week One - Purpose
We are going to start by uncovering exactly what your purpose is. You'll end the week with total clarity around what your purpose is, who you are as a person, and the impact that you want to have on the world.
Week Two: Vision
Next, we will start to craft a vision of how you will bring your purpose to life - whether that's through a career, business, not-for-profit, or simply a philosophy that you live and lead by. We will map out a clear, long-term plan for your future - detailed enough to stay focused, but flexible enough to allow for the life changes that naturally arise.
Week Three: Limiting Beliefs, Fears and Challenges
We all have these. Even if you've done work on the more obvious ones, you'll find subtle ones still hidden below the surface. You've got big things to do in your lifetime, and you cannot allow limiting beliefs and fears to hold you back! We are going to free you from these in Week Three.
Week Four: Identity, Stories and Mindset
Here's a secret: almost everything you believe about yourself, the world and everything in it is just a story. And you can tell yourself whatever story you like. You can cultivate a mindset that supports you in becoming and being exactly who you need to be to create the outcomes you want. I'll show you how.
Week Five: Subconscious Reprogramming
Making conscious changes is only one part of the equation - your subconscious mind has to be on the same page, otherwise those changes will never stick. Now that you know what you want to achieve, you'll learn to train your subconscious mind to work toward the same goals.
Week Six: Alignment
In our final week, you will learn how to develop a genuine, lasting and powerful connection to your intuition and guidance. When you're living on purpose and connected into your intuition, life becomes so much easier to navigate. I will teach you how to create this alignment in a practical (and zero 'fluff') way.
